Sivaramakrishnan S Iyer, has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant. His professional career began with the traditional areas of practise as a Chartered Accountant, but he soon diversified into his areas of passion i.e., strategic and financial advisory. He acts as a strategic advisor to companies and specializes in corporate finance, debt/equity fund raising, mergers/acquisitions & capital structuring. He is actively engaged by leading private investors in India, advising them on their investments and active monitoring of the said investments.
